Is the throttle shaft in a stromberg BXUV-2 interchangeable with a BXOV-1? Reasoning being the throttle shaft and lever are one piece on a BXOV-1 whereas the BXUV-2 is a two piece set up making it easy to add a ‘w’ clamp for multiple carburettor set up. Depends on bearing hole size (on the roar, and haven't got one here to check).

Yes. The BXUV-2 throttle shaft is a drop-in replacement for the BXOV-1 shaft. The only difference is the thread and nut at the throttle lever end. Rob |
