You can fake the front and rear rubber spacers from early Holden sway bar rubbers, or HK-T-G top shock absorber rubbers. Or you can cut door-stop rubbers (local hardware store) down to the right thickness. What sort of condition are you after for the bumper sections and overriders - suitable for rechroming, straight and good enough finish for an existing paint job, or suitable for a new paint job? I have some individual front bumper sections, and a complete front bumper (less overriders), but they'd need rechroming.
