Title: my wife's EK
Post by: snuff69 on November 09, 2015, 08:13:41 PM
My wife really likes FB's & EK's, so I spent the last 12 months or so working on this.   Hope the picks are here.

The link works to the EK album. The black & chrome shot below looks stunning.

I find it the other way around but I get more out of the FC in terms of ongoing therapy & continual learning.

Very nice. 12 months is a good achievement! What mechanicals? Regards, Martyn

All standard Martyn, 35000 miles since new. Once belonged to a certain used guitar salesman.

Hey Snuff, nice EK mate I'm building an FB/EK V6 ute at the moment and can only hope it turns out half as good as your wives sedan and it only took you 12months you say I can only dream about 12 months  ;D

Regards

Much easier when it's just standard Neil.  I don't know if I would be able to handle all the wiring and stuff on a V6.  Dave

Unfortunately Nick I have to pay for body work and paint (although he's a mate and I get it for the right price) I handle the mechanical, pulling apart and putting back together.  My mate is a wiz though, he does Ferrari's and Alfa's for a guy who buys and sells them all over the world. So if you were looking for someone to some bodywork I couldn't recommend him highly enough.  And a very reasonable rate for such good work.  Dave
