Title: Refurbished Steering Wheel Post by: REDMR2RED on September 05, 2011, 06:16:16 PM Woo Hoo!!! I took way too long, ;) but I finally got my refurbished steering wheel fitted to my FC Ute.
Got a steering wheel from mcl1959 (thanks Ken) in excellent condition, but had a few cracks in the usual places. I "Veed" out and filled the cracks with a two pack resin, rubbed that back, wiped a thin layer of body filler to the repair areas, rubbed that back and painted it with automotive paint. Wet & dried that, then cut & polished it.
