Went to the show and shine on saturday what a great show of fe and fc's :o,i came away fully inspired to go out into the wilds and find that next project.

;)Sorry if i seem to be posting only pics of my fe,but i didnt take that many pics and the ones i did take seemed to be my fe!!!!guess thats cos it was its first outing in 15 years or more....the fc on the left is my daily driver that i let a buddy drive down cause he didnt have one and wanted to attend!!now that my fe is nearly finished the fc is going to get a custom grill and caps as well and a few other things just to make it look real trick!! ;)cheers jamie

All these photo's make me wish I was still there, atleast now I can get back to it on mine, I havent been getting much done today as I drove straight through to sydney from the Island and now feel buggered and am still in natoinals recovery mode.
It was pretty good finally catching up with some other forum users in person and seeing the cars in the flesh.
Anyway, time to drag myself back out to the driveway and try and get something done for the day.

Are you going put the same exhaust as the FE on it? I cracked up everytime I heard your car, thinking about the fuddy-duddies having a fit over the noise :o.
I wish I could get away with that in SA.

I had the best time in Phillip Island and as we have another fc that we have had for years and never have done anything with. i am now bugging leon to see if maybe we can get both fc's down to Mt gambier. although i am not modifying mine as much as leons (as yet any way) hopefully it still will be a head turner for a car a girl has done mostly herself. Once we get leons out of the way we will be starting on mine and although it might be a pipe dream i am hoping it can get done. I will posts its progress as time goes by.

Certainly wasn't without its problems towards the end! He dropped in about 3 weeks before the nationals on a permit and it was really good to see it on the road, even betterto know now its legal. I think it was about 16 years ::), still about 14 too long.. ;D
ahwell, was close enough ;D good on him though, i bet hes glad to have it finished and road legal 8) 8)
