Title: Hollywood/Detroit/Tilli strips
Post by: KevKingswood on March 22, 2006, 04:12:49 AM
Greetings fefc'ers,
Wondering if anyone can shed some light on the interesting topic of dress strips on HG Kingswoods. I appeal to you guys because in "your" era these trims were much more commonplace. I have a HG Kingswood sedan with chrome strips + moulded centrepeice. Its very unusual, and I'm in the dark about it. The car is plated 10/70, is Sydney manuf', is otherwise a std HG Kingswood, and is 3 different colours, (apple green body, BRG roof with olive green area between the chrome strips. Any leads are most welcome. cheers, KevKingswood. Dont know how to post pictures, but will gladly email on request.
