just found this great bit of video is on tomorro night and repeated on Friday the 3rd march also,on ABC. (1959 & 1960 Bathurst 100 & 1971 Australian Grand Prix ABC2, Monday February 27 2006, repeat Friday March 3. Motor racing at Bathurst's Mount Panorama circuit began in 1938, and over the years Easter and October races have always been a drawcard for rev-heads. Join them for the 1959 and 1960 Bathurst 100. And after that, we'll keep the pedal to the metal and cross to Sydney's Warwick Farm for the 1971 Australian Grand Prix.),this is from the ABC's website.
