Title: Sandblaster in Sydney?
Post by: SRVLIVES on January 24, 2006, 10:40:15 PM
Can anyone recommend a Sandblaster in Sydney, western suburbs preferrably.

Need to have my rims blasted.

Are you going to paint or powder coat?
Powder coaters sometimes do the blasting on-site, or know someone nearby.

I was going to paint them myself.

There's an ad on the back of Sideplate for a blaster based in Western Sydney.

He's not a member if that's what you mean.  He has done work for a couple of members, and has paid to advertise his services on the back of Sideplate, so he's supporting the club in that sense.

PM me if you want a referral.

Guys,

This fella is an industrial/mobile sandblaster that Ted Lowe has used. Maybe four rims is a bit of a bit small job for him.

I had my rims chemically stripped by Redistrip at Blacktown, cost about $80.00 and did the job perfectly.

Cheers,

Craig.

Spoke to Anthony, he would do it, but I'd have to drop them at his place.

Will get them done at Redistrip, thanks Craig.
