Title: Speaker Position? Post by: utey on December 19, 2005, 12:27:20 AM Where and how do I position 6" speakers in a ute?
I have two 4" on the parcel shelf and do'nt want to fit the 6" into the doors. Thought in the front corners as high as possible but cant figure out how to fix. Any ideas , pictures would be great. Other than that if you change to a 6" split they will be ok in the kick panels - you'll just need somehwere to hide the tweeters. Cheers Dave Title: Re: Speaker Position? Post by: fccool59 on December 19, 2005, 11:52:09 AM I tried 6" in the kick panels but it was getting to close to the accelerator pedal so I gave up.
I am now using 4x6 cerwin vega plate speakers in the bottom of the doors and making use of the original speaker grill with a 6x9 on a bridged amp. |
