The official DVD (twin-disc set) commemorating the 10th FE-FC Holden Nationals held in Jindabyne NSW is now available. Once you've received and viewed your 10th Nats DVD, we would very much appreciate your review and feedback via this forum and the poll listed ablove.

Hi Tim

Just received and Nicola and I watched our copy of the 10th Nats DVD and I was revetted to the screen and had to watch the whole lot from start to finish it was great and I wet myself in some parts of it, it was so funny.

Just reliving the whole experience was over whelming and I thank you for the effort that you and your friend had put into this production, I think if anyone hasn’t ordered one of these is cutting themselves short.

To sum it all up ….FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!

GP & I watched our copy last night and it was awesome.  

Everyone out there wouldn't know that Tim has actually kept the contents of the DVD secret even from his own Club.  None of us knew what to expect.  He didn't even give out any clues as to its content.

Very, very pleased with the professionalism of it.  Like Julius, we didn't want to switch it off until we had seen absolutely all of it - even if it was quite late last night by the time we finished.

Yep, good on ya Tim! A wonderful product. I ended up watching the DVD from start to finish. As far as I'm concerned, a must for any FE-FC lover.

Only part-way through and I have to congratulate Tim et al for the fantastic effort put into this DVD.

Sitting there watching the TV it was great to see all having so much fun. It bought back so many memories of the 10th Nats.  There was a fine spread of music for all throughout the viewing  ( A hard thing to achieve).
Loved the old 8mm pieces & the black and whites. (great touch). A very high standed has been set for all car clubs, not just Holdens in their future endevors to produce DVDs. This one deserves to be on the shelve at all ABC shops.  Our ABC..... :)

Great job.  As Kath said earlier it is a fantastic DVD.  Really felt like we were all back  in Jindabyne.

My favourite funny part was the blooper at the end of the credits.

Tim,and all who took part in the production of such a fine, no, awsome DVD, congratulations on a great job.Your a legend. We got back from the sunshine coast today and found the DVD on the kitchen table.Watched it and enjoyed it so much.To all of you (xmas is done) Rosalyn and I hope you have a great new year and we will see you at the Island.

Great stuff.
Sat around on Boxing Day and watched it from start to finish.
My only complaint........it should have been a box set with 3 more discs.  ;D

Excellent stuff, Tim & Martin.  I've dabbled a bit in video production, enough to know (a) that I'm a hobbyist at best, and (b) how to recognise a professional at work.  Some of the effects and the ray-traced animations are just sensational.

I look forward to watching it again and again.

I had a flight to Aurakun (North of the Cape) so let the co pilot fly while I watched it with Sonja in the back of the plane.

Great effort, makes me really want to get the VIC but it will have to be SA for me.

It is with pleasure that I announce that we have SOLD OUT of our original stock (we nearly broke even). A big thank you to everyone that has supported us by purchasing a copy of the 10th FE-FC Holden Nationals DVD twin set. However, I'm picking up another batch from Martin this weekend. So, if you missed out first time around, please order yours now for immediately delivery.

We greatly appreciate all of the very generous feedback and kinds words we've received via the forum - we are glad you all like it! A lot of effort went into the production and we feel like its been worthwhile. We all had such a fantastic time at the Nats catching up with everyone and we're glad so many of you have chosen to get the DVD's as a memento.

The DVD's are also perfect for those that couldn't make it or have never been to a Nats - to see what a great family event they are. Anyone that has been to a Nationals, rarely misses future events (I've been hooked since '95). We can't wait to catch up with everyone again in Phillip Island (sounds like its going to be awesome)!

 ;D ;DAbsolutely Fabulous - the DVD was so great I watched it again straight away.  Just one thing - I would loved to have seen Tim belting out his rendition of "500 miles".  Fantastic effort from everyone who donated photos and camera work and of course to the marvellous team who engineered, choreographed and finally put together this wonderful momento of a great event.  Cheers Hotlips. :D ;)

You can't have looked hard enough 8)  It's there, as hinted at by Bruce & Jan (FC_Driver)...

What the?  Haggis told us it was in there but we weren't able to find it.  We found the other kind of hidden stuff (the credits at the end, the lens cap fiasco etc) but I haven't seen Haggis singing.

Any hints guys?

The first chance I got to look at the DVD was tonight.  Don't me & Tim look good on TV!  ;D

For anyone still looking, don't worry, you don't need anything special to find it (as Tim found out the other day, I don't even have MS Office on my PC at home).

Is there Karaoke at this years Nats too?   :D

By the way Tim, awesome effort by you and your mate.  10 out of 5 stars I reckon.  Its made me seriously think about getting a DVD player & LCD monitor installed into the HR to get into the mood during drive down. . . . . .

Can't wait for PI, and catch up with everyone again.  130 cars!!!  Its going to be fun.

Thanks once again for all of the positive comments received on the 10th Nats DVD, both via the forum and via personal messages. The support has been greatly appreciated and reassures me that the effort has been worthwhile. We really did want it to be a great memento for everyone that attended and a great snapshot for everyone that missed the event.

Also, congratulations to everyone that has cracked the mystery and found the DVD "easter egg" featuring two ACT members demonstrating a distinct lack of talent at karaoke - I apologise to all that have seen it. For those that haven't seen it and don't wish to, please ignore the gossip surrounding the incident - let's just pretend it never happened. If you do want to see it - keep looking in the Disc 1 Menu area, its there...  if you haven't found it by Easter, I'll let you know in Phillip Island (maybe).
