Are the speaker grills different between the FC and the FE, i noticed mine has two bars across the back of the grill , where one i seen on ebay has only one.
Cheers Rusty
Nope stupid me, mine has three bars going down the grill
Cheers Rusty
Hey Rusty.
FE and FC are different.
FE has horizontal grill bars.
FC has vertical grill bars.
They are interchangable though.
Regards
Alex
... and apparently they were changed from horizontal to vertical to reduce the amount of dust they collected!
cheers

But how do I keep my business card in place in the FC with vertical bars.
That's what the ashtray is for ::)
But they will start to smoulder from the fag butts. ???
You must have a huge ashtray to get fag butts in there :-X
depends on how overweight the fag is.
I remember seeing as a kid in taxis the business cards were wedged between the instrument panel and the ... thing ... whatever you call the panel that runs across the car that everything (glovebox lid, speaker grill, instrument panel) bolts onto.

Pleased to see that two of us remember the days of the business card holders
