·       If your club all want to park together at John Knight Park, send someone out early from 8.00 am to set up an area, remember its first come first served for parking, unless you contact me before the day and let me know of how many you expect to turn up. NOTE: some areas have been pre allocated for clubs which have supported the event from 2002.

·       There will be some delays in getting people into the park, with a possibility of over 500 vehicles on display, so please be patient and follow the direction of the event officials.
