Rusty Title: Re: New Bumper Post by: RET on April 19, 2005, 03:15:32 AM Exactly like you've got it sitting there. The bracket makes the plate sit lower. A standard sized plate fitted to the bracket will look "centred" on the bumper, ie the same amount of plate above the bumper as below it.

Title: Re: New Bumper Post by: Phantom on April 19, 2005, 10:32:45 AM The bumper was rechromed and polished by a small firm in canterbury rd bayswater/kilsyth, it was stripped sandblasted, coppered, polished and then chromed , but it cost me $380, which was a bit more than expected. But apparently it will last in that condition for many many years.

Was that price for the whole bumper - 3 sections + overiders? If so that's a good price. I might give them a go with the FC bumpers.
