G'day FE-FC Fans

Unfortunately, due to the importance of confirming final entrant and guest numbers for catering, entrant goodies & merchandise/clothing orders, official program etc we are simply unable to accept any late entries for the 10th Nats being held in Jindabyne (Easter 2005).  Today is the official cut off, but we will be accepting entries that make it to us by COB Wednesday 2 February as we have an FE-FC Nats Committee Meeting that night.

A few FE-FC Club members have approached us in regard to accepting late entries as their vehicles are still under construction or they are confirming opportunities to escape work for the Easter period.  We have recommended that all potential attendees (including entrants AND extra guests/friends/family etc) complete an entry form and post it with their cheque immediately.  If you find later that you are no longer able to attend, we can always provide you with a refund - provided sufficient notice is given.

If you are worried your entry form will not make it to us in time, it is very important that you let us know that you have sent it.  Please advise tim.miller@dotars.gov.au  Please note, this also includes anyone that wishes to participate without their vehicle by coming along with current entrants.  So, if we don't know you're coming, you will not be catered for - please do not hesitate if you are still thinking about joining us.  DO IT NOW!!!

G'day Everyone
 
Can you please remind all your club members that any "extra's" eg guests/family/friends/buddies/club members etc send in their entry form & entry fees to us immediately (and make sure their accommodation is booked).  This includes ANYONE that will be sharing your accommodation or vehicle, or driving up in another vehicles etc.  If they're coming to the Nats, they have to pay for their meals by entering now (this can be done on your existing entrant form by advising us.

Unfortunately, we simply cannot cater for anyone that simply turns up at Easter that we don't know about.  The Station Resort is asking the organising Committee for final numbers & full MEALS payment now, that's why we've had to close entries off at the end of January etc (plus I think its part of the Nats Constitution that entries close 31 Jan).

Please note, that you are still not required to pay Station Resort for your accommodation until arrival.

We can ensure those people that have paid their 10th Nats entry by the deadline, will get all of their meals.  Those that haven't advised us & paid now, won't be fed coz the extra food simply won't be there - unfortunately, there'll be no point trying to give us money on the day.

btw, 80 entries were received!  Nearly 200 people.
