Hi,as welder has still not started work on my FC ute i decided to get the driveline sorted,fitted new clutch master cylinder as car has sat for years and when moving it on and off trailer and around my yard it leaked like a siv ,when i bled it i found it took a lot of force at peddle and would not dissengage ,how can i free it without taking box out? or is there no choice?

p.s. its an opel 4 speed behind a red motor.

Did you ajust the slave cylinder pushrod?
If clutch is stuck , sometimes tow  starting , or towing the vehicle in gear and then pushing the gear shift out of gear can free it.
Removing the box sounds like a last resort.

If the clutch was working properly prior to bleeding the master cylinder then that indicates that the clutch and pressure plate are okay and the problem is in the master cylinder or  the slave cylinder. 
To deselect the gear it is in, rock the car (handbrake off) and apply pressure to the gearstick towards neutral.
You can also check if the slave cylinder is moving the clutch fork on the side of the gearbox when you push the clutch pedal in. ( sounds like it isn't which is why the clutch won't disengage)
Don't remove the gearbox.

If the clutch pedal is hard to push down you will find that the flexible clutch hose has collapsed internally, restricting the fluid flow to the slave cylinder.
If this is the case then you will find that when bleeding the hydraulics the fluid does'nt flow as freely when you open the bleeder screw on the slave cylinder.
If the clutch fork shows little movement and the pedal is hard replace the hose, it may still be the original.

the fork moves but only with a lot of force and the peddle wont come back on its own.
