It's a great documentary - lots of archival footage I'd never seen before. The NSW Club have original boxed copies of it (VHS only, not available on DVD) for $20 plus postage. (PG) Interestingly enough the same channel aired a short 5 min doco style clip that debated Australia ever TRULY having it's own car. Hosted by a lady from the Motoring Museum. I think the argument was classing a truly Australian Car as being - a car designed and built in Australia by a wholly Australian owned company. I haven't watched the whole snippet yet, but they were going through lots of cars from earlier in the century 'til present, including bloody Goggomobiles!
