Hi,
Removing the speaker grille is relatively easy.
1. Remove glovebox, this gives better access.
2. If radio in place, drop out first(disconnect power and aerial)
3. Grille has 2 bolts at top and 2 at bottom, use small flat or ring spanner to loosen off nuts.  Usually they then run off with fingers, watch washers they can drop off.
4. Easy Grille away from cross frame and top of dash.

If you dont have a radio fitted, the tricky bit is removing the radio blank cover.
There is a small right angle bracket at the bottom with 2 screws which is easily removed, but the plate is held in also with 2 press in pins, which are difficult to get out sometimes.  You have to prise the cover out with a flat blade screw driver before you can undo the bottom 2 bolts which hold the grille in.
Sometimes no matter how gentle you try and prise the thing off, it breaks one or both pins off.
