The cross member under the door is a basic box channel. I replaced a section of mine with a rust repair section that I bought from a swap meet. It was slightly bigger profile, but still lined up Ok. Doesn't matter to me as it is sound and strong and my cars not a resto anyways. Not sure if the Rares one would be the same. Regards Alex |
