Looking for two Bosch headlamp retaining rings for FE ute. I don't mind re-chroming them but need rust-free ones (think I've already collected far too many rusty ones!). The part number is 7406244

By headlite rings you mean at the front of the Headlite , The chrome piece .. Or is it that piece in the photo above. Because the piece above is black . Where as what I speak of is Chrome . Slim, the photo is bad. The ring should be chrome.
It is the ring which holds the actual headlamp in place. It attaches to the 3 screws on the headlamp bucket which aim the headlight.
ONLY suits Bosch headlights - NOT Lucas headlights, which are very common.
Also it is very prone to rusting which makes it just that little bit harder to get.
