Title: fitting 13" rims on FJ

Can anyone tell me the simplest way to fit 13" rims to standard FJ king pin front end and standard FJ rear.  Wouldn't mind improving the brakes in the process.

Early FE hubs fit the FJ front, but I don't know what's involved with the rear.
