Title: Indicator Centralising Spring
Post by: graham_fuller on October 14, 2003, 02:33:59 AM
Has anyone ever replaced the flat centralising Spring in the indicator switch.Mine has broken and I was hoping I wouldn't have to replace the whole mechanism.
Cheers,
Graham

Hi Graham,
Its the first time ive heard of one of those breaking!
I've just had a look at a indicator switch assembly out of the car and it could be done but i reckon it's about the same amount of work to replace the whole lot.

Thanks ACE,
I started the job last night.i am using an EK base with good spring and fitting up my other parts to it ,rather than pulling the wiring out of the steering column.
Thanks for your reply.
cheers,
Graham ;)
