A question please. For a standard FE/FC steering column, is there a shorter column that will bolt in (or go in with relatively little modification)?
Not looking looking for anything fancy like R&P.

You're talking my era now !!
The standard swap in the day was to just fit a complete FB/EK column. The whole thing bolts in.
The gear shift linkage is virtually the same, the blinker wiring is identical. Everything works !!
Very simple job.
