Title: Electrical Connector
Post by: Jolls on July 29, 2025, 11:00:03 PM
Hi Team,

I have started on the wiring harness of the ute. None of the accessory, indicator or courtesy lighting circuits exist so I need to run them. I have located that right bullet connectors and joiners at Vintage Wiring Hannesses; however, I haven't been able to locate a supplier for the 90 degree uninsulated U terminals that are used on the light switch and a few other places. Does anyone have a lead on a supplier?

Dr Terry

Thanks Dr Terry, but no. I need the ones in the photo that are U shaped instead of apde terminals. Looks like Gman has come up with an alternate solution.

Thanks Gman,

I wasted a couple of hours last night searching for something that would work. I'll get some ordered in.

Cheers

I ordered a bit of other stuff to avoid paying the US shipping fee of $24 - a bunch of ferrules for the sparky side of our business and a few straight terminals of different sizes did the trick. So got a bunch of stuff sort of free instead of paying postage. As close to a win as you can get I guess.
