Title: Bolt sizes and specifications Post by: Dave Lakin (Davo Lako) on May 17, 2017, 03:00:15 PM Have re-re-re-recommenced putting the FE back together after 10 years plus and have decided to replace all bolts , pipes , pressure pipes etc , etc (have misplaced many or donated some to my FJ) ... thinking of going mostly stainless ... any thoughts ?? Also , is there a listing of specs for all bolts on FE & FC ? ... ie ... UNC and/or UNF ... presumably all are imperial ? Any advice will be appreciated ...

Steel bolts will be much cheaper and do the job admirably. The parts book lists all bolt sizes and lengths and this should be your number one reference point. Are the bolts listed on the parts CD ?

It's far easier to find what you are looking for. Ken Title: Re: Bolt sizes and specifications Post by: Dave Lakin (Davo Lako) on May 19, 2017, 11:53:24 AM Thank you Ken and Errol :)
