I ended up with one of each style for my late '59 car without knowing there was a difference. But, the tail fin extension fitted over the plain end without much effort & it looks OK. Using a late '59 style fin on an earlier car without the extension could be noticeable though. One fin I have is numbered 7410975 LH7 and the other is 7410974 RH7. It looks like I have a pair.
