Who owns the white FE in the picture , or is it in a car yard somewhere for Sale .

The car is in one of those small car-yards that are there one week and gone the next. The car is pretty neat and tidy, but is chock full of rust, especially in the doors. Didn't check underneath as it was a wet day. The chrome is pretty average too, surprised it looks so good in the photo.
