does rares make the rubbers that go between the body and the bumpers???

  go down to bunnings buy the black rubber door stops drill them out  there you go

As mentioned, the black rubber door stops may do the job, but if you want closer to original Speeds have these

Rare Spares? are now doing the special retaining bolts which often go missing
I was lucky enough to still have mine as they are a bit exy

'Speeds' is the Rare Spares outlet in Canberra. Laurence is good to deal with. Same RS part numbers & prices.
The bolts on the other link sure are exy.

I thought Fred was talking about the rubber spacers which go on the corners of the bumpers to get the "bumper to body" gap right

yes that is the ones ken, maybe I should do my research better and get the right name for them.
