Title: Cargo space ideas for wagon
Post by: amys on March 29, 2015, 08:52:28 PM
Hi,
Not sure if this should be posted on one of the technical boards, but I need inspiration as to how to fit out the cargo space of my wagon. I am open to all ideas, doesn't have to be original. I had an idea of a wood panel type look, but hubby is the one that is doing the actual work.
Photos would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you!

I used marine carpet in my wagon - on the floor, on the back of the rear seat, wheel arches and the side cards.  Came up ok and is easy to keep clean :)

Wheel arches weren't done in this pic, but you get the idea......

Hi Amy,

If you're going for a wood panel type "look", have you considered lino? Dead easy to fit, easy to maintain, and there is a big variety of floor-board style patterns around from baltic pine to dark mahogany finishes.

It probably wouldn't suit the wheel arches, but it's unlikely you would attempt to do them in real wood anyway.

Just a thought, and wouldn't cost a fortune ;D

cheers
