I used a 97 Sonata power window motor with a micro switch from auto loc that a manual winder can mount to. I did the same as Nes but without the outer skins so it shows the whole setup. I used the sonata fronts and civic rears and the auto lock switches. All I did was put the runner between two bits of 4x2 timber and stood on it to flatten the runner out.

When making brackets to mount your mechanisms ,clamp them in position with vice grips and use some jumper leads to check they work before final weld and remember that the glass still needs to fit in and out with the brackets welded and or bolted in place .Seems so obvious when I write it down .Cheers Haydn
