A Fellow who is restoring his FC rang me today enquiring if I know anybody who Recos / repaints speedometers. I presume he wants the Speedometers Insides repainted as its faded. Does anybody do this and or has anybody had it done . If so Can you give me the details of Whom ever does this so as I may pass on the info. THANKS SLIM

Slim,

The speedo's are easily disassembled and not hard to repaint as the rear face is just matt black, and the numbers are sunken into the plastic front. Wouldn't be much effort to clean them out and repaint with some model paint.

Tell him to join the club and I'll do it for him for nothing.

Now that's gotta be a deal to good to refuse!!!!

Cheers,

Craig.

Sounds More than fair to me , considering I also steered him to Graham Fuller for a boot overlay in the same conversation, thats the least he should do . ;D ;D
