Title: Modified FE Sedan (Sydney) Post by: RET on October 28, 2012, 07:08:42 PM Somewhat regretful sale, but I need to make some room, and the old girl is not getting any use these days.
1957 FE Special Sedan - Modified "FECOOL" (plates included) 186 (reco-ed approx 7 years ago) T-Bar Trimatic (rebuilt approx 6 years ago, new torque converter about 9 months ago) Boosted HR disc and drum brakes LJ Bucket seats Stereo / 6-stacker CD Weathershield Venetian (FE straight-cut type) SSR Gauge holder CraneCams Fireball Electronic Ignition Electric wipers I've owned it since 1989, having originally located it for a mate who owned it between 1986 and then. The first red motor was fitted in about 1987, and the auto fitted and engineered in 1993. It's been more or less in daily use ever since until May this year. You would not call it a show car, by any means. But it is super reliable, legal and registered. Rego due mid November. $5,000 ono. Much rust ? Pete Title: Re: Modified FE Sedan (Sydney) Post by: RET on October 28, 2012, 07:39:45 PM Hi Pete,
No. There's a little in the wells behind the rear wheels, and one of the sills might need looking at, but nothing you'd call serious. It needs paint, and the interior isn't flash, but it's decent bones for a project, and it's got current rego. cheers RET Title: Re: Modified FE Sedan (Sydney) Post by: newman on October 29, 2012, 08:37:44 AM Hi Pete, No. There's a little in the wells behind the rear wheels, and one of the sills might need looking at, but nothing you'd call serious. I bet this doesn't stay for sale very long. Mick 8) Title: Re: Modified FE Sedan (Sydney) Post by: slim on October 29, 2012, 06:20:43 PM PM SeNT
