Title: are brake master cylinders the same as clutch masters?
Post by: waynos on August 30, 2012, 09:04:52 PM
just wondering if clutch master cylinders are same bore size as brake ones?
not sure what sort my clutch one is
 its not fc
can i use a brake master for a one tonne clutch in an aussie 4 speed?
the pedal is really heavy
could i possibly use something else to make it lighter?

They are the same size body. The drum brake master has a one way check valve, but is removed for disc and clutch applications.

cheers
Scott
