Title: Re: Must sell my Calais Post by: fe350chev on January 30, 2012, 08:48:28 PM hey mate. we have the 2011 sv6 sportswagon, now that it is run in (25000km in 6 months) the fuel economy is extraordinary. Travelled 200km on a nice still day last week on flatish ground, ended up getting 7.8l per 100 and thats with the larger motor like yours. thats better than out camry's at work but they have no power or same space etc. imagine one of these in an fe on the highway, they would use bugger all. the wagon is heavy too. but usually on open road we get 8-85l per 100 km. our last commodore, also a ve got about 9 to 10 at best and the fg falcon, was thirsty as anything, especially towing anything.
