Title: ???
Post by: VAN059 on April 03, 2011, 10:33:10 AM
Not sure of the "Topic" heading for this, but let me explain,

When out driving I notice on my Smiths temp gauge that when I brake or indicate (in reality whenever there is a load on the electrics) the gauge's needle position moves up by approx. a quarter.

My concerns are:

1. Why is it doing this?
2. I'm thinking of going to an aluminium radiator to combat heating issues, will this condition shorten the life of the radiator?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Marc
