What does this do? Looked up Accessories but could not see it?

It's the foot pump from a windscreen washer kit. The Nasco unit for FE FC has the pump unit fitted to the wiper knob on the dash, I think that FX & FJ kits used a foot pump like this because there was no facility to fit the pump to the wiper knob on FX or FJ
