Places like this (http://www.cafepress.com.au/make/custom-mousepads) will print one with whatever you want on it, ie a pic of your own car. Similar price, too.

Beats me also how someone can steal an image from an original advert and modify it slightly and then claim copyright!!! >:( >:(
