Well, he was a bit of a fool to pay the way he did but the scammer is an even bigger fool as he is on a hiding to nothing.

The saga continues, getting a bit nasty though.
If you Google Rob Shilimon, word seems to be all over a lot of forums.

I think the word is well and truely out, googled like you suggested and the sites just keep going and going.

What a fiasco!

i've been ripped off before by a licensed motorcycle dealer, and it was 18 months of stress to get my money back which ended up at the Fair Trading Tribunal, involving insurance companies, private detectives, the police and solicitors.

it's a bad situation to be in.. compounded by the fact the seller in this ebay case is an utter tool.
