If it is just the plain stainless twist-on then you can (could) still get them new for $10-15 at most car parts stores.

I got one through repco only 2 or 3 months ago.

my local spares shop has them in stock $12 and i'm out in the bush so you shouldn't have any probs getting one, i have a locking cap somewhere with key
