Hi, I'm looking for a Nasco Petrol Cap FE to EK Without the key flap...

 Are you after the one that the key goes in the side and when you lock it it free wheels  ??? ??? ???......FC427.....

The one I need has the key entry smack in the middle, the flap spins around that, 360' on an offset pin. Commonly found on the FB & EK  I would like the cap to work but not the lock as i have.... a devilish plan.... ha ahh haa hahahahahahaha...
