Hey all what red motor came out with no size id cast into the block ie 186

Have seen a 179 with no casting on the side .......FC427......

were you sure it was a 179, the only ones i know of for sure that had nothing are 149's they also have a simular casting as in welsh plugs and webbing etc to a gray motor

if you don't want it i do as long as it's within a reasonable distance

Early 149 Holden engines had no casting number.
Let me know the engine number and i'll confirm the size.

Not sure on the entire number but it did have a prefix of H
