Anybody know the size of the nut that will go on steering shaft??

Think the top nut is 7/16 UNF same as wheel nut easy to try ......FC427......

it was 1/2 unf, had a ford wheel nut and tried it.. Some times you have to look outside the squre!!!!!! Answred my own question :-\
