Do they fit on without rubbing anywhere with HR disc front-end?

Are they as rusty as they look or is it a bad photo as I would need to rechrome them and that is over $200 per wheel so it makes them a $1400.00 set minimum. Not trying to be rude I am just working out overall cost as compared to new wheels.
