This is a pic of the Westmead Speedway carpark c 1967.
Westmead Hospital now stands at this location.

Plain colours and grey seem to be the theme of the cars here.
Who says the bright coloured cars were just as prevalent.

What appeals to me is the variety of cars there.   A glance reveals a Chrysler Royal, some type of van, a FE or C Ute, Fe Sedans, Fc P/van, ej sedan, Valiant, VW, Vanguard, Consul, Morris 1100, Zephyr, Minis, EH, Morrs Oxford, FX., plus more.  Sure beats the boring mix of cars we have these days that all look much the same.      ;D     Mike

Great Find.  I like the fact the girls took the time to lay their banket onto the fence to stand on in what obviously is not climbing boots.
