Title: The 6,576th FE to be exported
Post by: Paul In Ireland on October 14, 2008, 10:51:39 AM
Is now being loaded in East Brunswick in Melbourne and will arrive in Ireland early December - what a nice Christmes present! Ship departs this Saturday, 18th October  :D

(I really don't know how many FEs were actually exported...  ;D)

If I get some pics sent on of the cars being loaded, I will post them up. Its travelling companion is a 1960 MkII Jag, silver with red interior bought from Shannons Sydney auction in July.

It certainly isn't the first FE exported to that corner of the globe.  See http://fefcholden.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,9247.msg54962.html#msg54962 ($2)
Let's wish both cars a very safe journey and a happy life at their new home.

Cheers
