Title: sticky throttle Post by: Paul In Ireland on October 12, 2008, 07:20:31 AM Just the last couple of times I have gone for a drive I find the throttle sticking at higher revs. I give it a tap on the side of the pedal and that frees it up. I am thinking that it is a friction thing in the sleeve? Can you lube the cable or is it a case of just replace it all together?

Either that or pull it all apart and get some light(sewing machine) oil on the cable and re-insert into the sleeve.
