For general information - A lot of people make the mistake of over tightening the steering wheel nut making the wheel very hard to get off next time. There is a pressed metal locking nut which is used to lock the wheel nut in place. The procedure is as follows - tighten the steering wheel nut to 10-15 pounds then the lock nut finger tight plus one quarter to one third of a turn. 10 to 15 pounds is not much, it really is just nipping it up so to speak.
