Nope - 4 1/4.

Ford is 4 1/2 & Chev / HQ is 4 3/4
Commodore is 120 mm

Chev / HQ when translated to metric gives 120.65mm - this is why Commodore wheels should not be put on HQ hubs and vice versa

commydore is 4.72 inches, if you really want to get teshnical ;)
