I don't want to open a can of worms here, but a problem has been raised here.

Someone else on this forum (not me) was keen on that wagon and did not bid because you said you wanted it. The wagon now has gone to another home and you did not buy it and the other forum member did not get it either. He may well have been willing to pay more than you were willing to pay and now he has missed out.

Can you see the problem here?  I think publicly announcing that you want to buy a certain ebay item and telling other forum users not to bid on it is bad practice and should be discouraged.

Ken

I had that problem, to solve it you have to have to buy a wagon from Vic and then a week or two later a few will turn up in your state  ::)

Looks like a very nice wagon.  It has certainly got me excited.  Does anyone know anything about this wagon?  Would be keen for any inside knowledge.

Cheers

Well, for whatever reason, its gone from ebay. :(  So I shall have to keep searching for one of these rather elusive fc wagons.

So if anybody knows of one coming up for sale, please let me know.

Cheers

Steve

Simple solution for your problem, stop looking.
When I was looking for a wagon there was nothing local in Adealide, I got a car from Casltemaine and in the following weeks there were 3 or 4 that "popped up" for sale in Adelaide  >:(

I think that is called the London Bus Syndrome.  When I was a kid in london we had the choice between the tube and the bus - with the bus being half the price of the tube and a more interesting trip. So you'd wait for a bus, and wait and wait.  You would finally get sick of it, purchse a ticket for the tube, and as the tube went over the bridge, down below of course, 3 buses would turn up, one behind the other!

Cheers for the advice! :D
