great idea and an fc/fe would definately have the strength to lose that much meat.

Nice little modification and a fair amount of time gone in to that. I wonder if you milled a grove in the back of the hinge and glued the wires in, it may also be invisible and a bit quicker and easer ??????..........FC427.........

although Mark's idea would be alot easier.
