and another thing, can they legally end the auction if there are bids that meet the reserve? I'd be pretty p#ssed if I had a winning bid and they pulled the car out.

I have received word that anyone bidding on this FE should be careful in their dealings.
Apparently it was for sale just recently in a different Queensland location.
It may well be on the up-and-up, but none the less, buyer beware.
